More precisely your missions will be to: – Make the final revision to the security documents : national security plan (including contingency plan, Security Incident Management Guideline) and local security plans (including partially occupied territories). – Make sure all team members are briefed / trained on the relevant security documents. – On a daily base, make sure the security management processes are applied and improved as necessary : applied security (movements in particular), networking from field level to national level, analysis. – Mentor the HoD Security on the technical and management (how to delegate, prioritize and formalize) dimensions of the position. – Support the training of the newly recruited national security employees. – Provide operational support allowing the scaling up of operation, in particular participate in field assessments in new areas, accompany program teams in sensitive areas.
